Professional Interests:
My professional outlook stems from acknowledgement that each person is the master of their lives and as such have the answers they are seeking. I believe that many of the factors that contribute to addiction stem from attachment, connection, and social learning which fuel negative behavior and thought patterns that many people experience from early childhood. With assistance, every person who comes for substance use disorder treatment is fully capable of mastering their behaviors and reaching their goals.
