Education:

Bachelors in psychology (Southern Utah University), Master of Social Work (Syracuse University). I’m not sure if it is relevant to list, but I also have my Mental Health Professional Credential (MHP), and am a LICSW-A.

Professional Interests:

I am interested in working with children, youth, and families who have experienced ongoing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, or family conflict. Specific therapeutic modalities I prefer to pull from include though are not limited to: CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, as well as utilizing different forms of Art, Music, and Play to integrate into treatment. I also study and integrate lifelong biopsychosocial development while working alongside clients to discover their values, dreams, and a path to healing.

Hobbies:

I enjoy attending concerts and hearing live music, I love sports (especially basketball), and spending time in nature with loved ones.
