Join us on Saturday, September 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tribal Administration Field for our Suicide Prevention Walk, a time for our community to come together to honor and remember loved ones lost to suicide while raising awareness and supporting suicide prevention.
The 1K walk will provide an opportunity to walk in memory and honor of those we have lost, while standing together in support of those who may be struggling. Whether you walk in remembrance, in support of a loved one, or simply to show that no one has to face difficult times alone, everyone is welcome.
A Day of Healing, Connection and Support
In addition to the walk, participants can take part in healing activities and connect with local resources and educational materials focused on suicide prevention, mental health and wellness.
Event highlights include:
- 1K Suicide Prevention Walk
- Honor and remembrance of loved ones lost to suicide
- Healing activities for reflection and connection
- Educational materials and resources
- Event T-shirts for participants
- Lunch provided
This event is an opportunity to come together as a community, remember those who are no longer with us, and strengthen our commitment to supporting one another.
Join us September 12 and walk with us for hope, healing and remembrance.
